Prior to starting Aging Backwards Medical, Kelly developed her passion for Aesthetics, Hormone Balancing, and Weight Loss through her own personal struggles with teen acne, migraines, PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), and prediabetes / insulin resistance. Kelly is passionate about every service offered at Aging Backwards Medical and is committed to excellence and creating a welcoming environment lead by a compassionate and talented team of experienced medical professionals.
Originally from Texas, Kelly moved to Oklahoma in 2011, and is now a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, licensed in several states. She attended her undergraduate nursing program in San Antonio, Texas, her Masters in Nursing Education at Oklahoma Wesleyan University, and Post-Graduate Family Nurse Practitioner program at South University in Savannah, Georgia. Kelly worked several years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at both civilian and military hospitals and has also been fortunate enough to work under well-known dermatologists and a plastic surgeon. Having hormone struggles of her own, Kelly also spent over a year focusing solely on hormone education and treating patients with Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy prior to starting her own practice in Jenks, Oklahoma.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys attending medical webinars and events, catching a hot yoga class, and spending quality time with her husband and son. They can usually be found outside at a local park or event, trying to master the latest video game, or putting together a puzzle.
Kelly originally met Emily at an aesthetics injection event, and was instantly impressed by her go-getter attitude, attention to detail, and compassionate personality. Kelly knew Emily would be a true asset to whatever group she worked with, and Kelly hoped the two would work together eventually.
Emily grew up in Oklahoma, and she is a double Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her undergraduate nursing degree from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN and her graduate degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama. Throughout her nursing career, Emily has worked in aesthetic and functional medicine, as well as urgent care and emergency medicine. Her attention to detail and compassion for others is obvious in her day-to-day work, and patients find her approachable, intelligent, and caring.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys traveling (she has gone on multiple medical missions to other countries), skiing, volunteering on her church worship team, and spending time with her husband and two young children.
Prior to joining the Aging Backwards Medical family, Rebecca and Kelly met at a few aesthetic events, where Kelly was impressed by Rebecca's talent, caring personality, and the way patients instantly opened up to her. Kelly hoped Rebecca would one day be on her team, and the two stayed in touch ever since.
Rebecca is a native Oklahoman, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, and a Critical Care Nurse. She obtained her undergraduate nursing degree from Langston University and her graduate degree in nursing from the University of Oklahoma. Rebecca's extensive medical experience led to her receiving many academic and professional awards, as well as holding leadership positions such as Nursing House Officer and Chief Nursing Officer at a local hospital.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and two girls, various fitness activities, and reading the Bible. She is also a co-leader of her daughters' Girl Scout Troop and an active member of Life Church.
